We have a big announcement to share. This is a good announcement, but also very important, so please read the whole post below.

Over the last few months, we have been working on setting up an entirely new server infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our old server environment isn’t easy to scale and has been having performance issues. We’ve been growing and we need a more scalable server environment. That is what we are getting with AWS, plus a whole lot more.

Just after the new year, we finished setting up all of our servers on AWS.

So what does this mean for you?

We are ready to migrate your website from our old servers on Rackspace to our new infrastructure on AWS. We plan to do this during the month of January. Our servers with Rackspace are scheduled to be turned off in February so we need to complete the migration by the beginning of February at the latest.

But we need your help!

We will handle moving all of your website’s content. We just need your help to point your website to our new infrastructure on AWS.

We need you or someone on your team to make sure that you have access to log into the domain registrar where you purchased your domain name. A few example domain registrars include GoDaddy, Network Solutions, Google Domains, or NameCheap, among many others.

Please contact us once you have access to your domain registrar. We can then schedule the website migration with you.
