App Form Types

Add Item Form

The Add Item Form allows users to create items and submit them from the public side of your site so that they can be displayed with the rest of the items. The process for creating and setting up an Add Item Form is similar to making a form within the Forms app. This form type, as well as the Edit Item Form, have a default set of fields added to them based off of the item's assigned attributes.

Edit Item Form

The Edit Item Form allows a user to edit items. Depending on your settings, users have the ability to edit only the items that they have been submitted via the public site, or edit any item. The process for creating and setting up an Edit Item Form is similar to making a form within the Forms app.

Comment Form

The Comment form allows users to make comments on items. Again, this is very similar to creating a form within the Forms app.
